I received the new roll bar strap from Van's. Lots of holes to drill. I then started to countersink the holes in the roll bar. As I was doing this I noticed I had spaced the holes all the way to the bottom. No good! the holes for the mounting brackets go there. I am going to start the mounting process (before riveting the frame together) to see if I can use those holes or at least maintain an edge distance. Sorry no pictures, I hope have some when I come up with the fix for my too many holes problem.
