I called Van's, still confused about when to install F-623 corner ribs. they told me it was OK to go ahead and rivet them in. I think he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I obviously cannot put some of the rivets in, as they are common with the side skins. I also made the conical bend on the right side skin. If you look at image 3 you will see the foward end is mishaped. This is because of a cleco pulling out during the bend. this is an easy fix and the rest of the bend fit perfectly. When I do the left side I will use a doubler to keep the edge with the holes straight. I purchased some better saw horses today. the first set was plastic junk. When will I learn? "always buy the best and you will never be disappointed."
