I spent alot of time trying to line up the seat belt brackets for driiling.I did not find a good way to clamp or jig them. The powder coat is very slick and they move around in the clamps. I also had to grind off part of the outbaord brackets to clear the nearby rivets. You can see the difference in the picture. I'm not happy about having to grind on a nice powder coated piece.
