I match drilled all the doublers and gussets. I fabricated 601P's and 601E. I drilled 601J's but I am not sure I like the hole placement. The edge ditances are OK but rivets will be up against the inside radius of the angle. This seems to be un avoidable without putting a deep notch along the length of 601J. I think I will leave it for now, these are easy and cheap to remake if I need to.
