I have not worked on the plane for a couple of weeks. My riveting partner Don, has not been availible. Also I have organized a Young Eagles flight for some Boy Scouts who are working on their Aviation Merit Badge. On the same Saturday I joined Plus One Flyers to work on a tailwheel endorsement. Besides, I have not been flying since starting the project over a year ago. I have to make my decision RV-7 or 7A in two weeks when I order the fuselage kit. Anyhow, I asked my 14 year old son Jake to come out to the garage to learn to buck rivets tonight. He did a great job. We finished the lower inboard skin and did one row on the outboard. Again, I am spending a lot of time checking rivets with a flashlight and a small mirror.
