More work on the oil door. I bought a new Dremel and got a little wild. After some more hand sanding the door has a much better fit. I installed the throttle and mixture cables. These will haveto come out again for panel paint. And after much fretting and contemplation I started on the cowl. I now somewhat understand the plans, The upper cowl has been trimmed at the back. then the two the front of the upper was trimmed so the two flanges could join near the spinner. These flanges are not supposed to be cut except to make a perfect circle. I found good pictures of this on Bruce Swayze's website
