Laid out the angle longeron material on the Side Skin Panels for measurement. The Longeron angle material was not precut and was much longer than the Side Skin Panels. The plans did not give a clear measurement, so I clamped the Side Skin, Longeron angle material and the Splicer Plates together to determine the proper lengths needed.
Once cut the Longerons was clamped to the Side Skin Panels so that drilling could be done. The Side Skin Panels were pilot hole drilled, the Longeron material was not drilled.
The top Longeron is flush with the top of the Side Skin but the bottom Longeron needs to be located 0.025" up from the bottom edge. This is so when the bottom skin in attached its edge will be inside the Side Skins.
The Longerons were up-drilled then disassembles, deburred and reassembled with clecos. Riveting did not occur until the whole Aft Fuselage box was completed in a later step.
Vertical Stiffeners were laid out on the Side Panels and were pre-drill and fit perfectly with Side Skin pilot holes.
