The stabilator skin cam pre-drilled. I first drew a line dow the center of the ribs on each side it a marker. This would be my method of lining up the ribs with the skin. Lined the ribs up with the predrilled skin and drilled and clecoed the ribs. The pre-bent skin is about an L shape so one side is easy to align and drill. To accomplish the other side I had to strap down some baord across the skin to make it flat and tight against the ribs. This was not too dificult and the drilling went well.
After all was drilled and clecoed then I had to updrill all hole then disassemble, debur and finally reassemble with clecos. Next each cleco was removed one t a time a rivet was poped in its place.
This process took several sessions over a fe days.
