Brief Description: CrossTie Channel updrilling

CrossTie Channel updrilling and fitting. Including the 4 Pulleys. I found out that a part must be fabricated for the Pulley assembly near the Mixer. I was surprised this part was not part of the angle upgrade. Bob worked on studying the assembly of the Mixer.
