Ruddervator Structure was primed. It was primed before before it's assembly and riveting but clecoing and driling the skin holes and deburing left bare mettal around rivet holes that I wanted to have some protection against potential corosion.. Riveted Ruddervator where required per plans. Some rivet locations are left open for a future step.
