Brief Description: Deburring the edges of doubler parts
Today I began the process of deburing (smoothing) the edges of the doubler part. The parts are lazer cut and lazer drilled. They have slag around the holes and very rough edged. This proved to be more entail than I expected. I tried several methods, file, sandpaper, and scouwering pades. I conclued I needed to order a scotchbright wheel and a curbed file. I placed the orders.
