Brief Description: Started Stb-Outboard Slat

Instaled ribs end ribs in stbpoutvoard skin. 1st to #40 (silver) then to A4, Removed all ribs, deburred, and applied corrosion protection. Re-clecoed in place, and riveted. Ready to place on slat jig to drill/cleco top skin to ribs.
