Brief Description: prepared and cut open left wing tip
prepared and cut open left wing tip for wing light molding and reinforcement for winglet. Cut out 3/8" center of wing light molding. Bonded parts back together with 3 bids of fiberglass. Prepared and bonded 4 bids of carbon fiber to lower wingtip per legacy integration instructions. Use carbon fiber instead of fiberglass. Bonded 1" foam beam and laid in 5 bids of carbon fiber. Also filled in the gaps in right and left upper skin with flox.
