Worked on right flap. Drilled new holes for outside hinge alarm. Removed mounting plates for right outside flap hinge on wing. shimmed hinge bracket with 3/4" shim. Reattached hinge bracket and torque per manual. Refit right flap. The flap now fits better. Still needs a little more adjusting.
