I should just leave these access panels off. Used my new tube bender and my $112.00 flaring tool but it is very high quality and did a very nice 37' flare. I had bought a pipe cutter rather than use a hacksaw but you have to reopen the hole a little when your done and then bebur it, and a little scotch brite to smooth the edges. A step drill to 7/16" cut the hole through the skin and spar nicely to fit the tube fittings . Even after removing the bell crank assembly it was a tight fit with the tools inbetween the wing ribs.
