Brief Description:  Right wing

Removed right fuel tank to remove a broken screw in the K- 1000 nut plate that holds the pushrod bellcrank assembly . When I first removed the bolt only half came out, someone over torqued it. (QB) It was a project removing alll those screws and nuts but It was replaced. After examining the tank and plans I realized that I would have to cut a hole in the back of the tank to install the fuel sender in a different bay if I planned on using a flop tube. After some investigation I decided not to install one . The floptube also has to be replaced after so many thousands of hours , thats not happening. First the engine will run at least 20 seconds inverted and I don't think I would be doing any sustained inverted flight anyway, I had practiced doing inverted 360's around a point in a decath. but I can live without it and I could always install a small header tank if I decided to. The important thing is the inverted oil system for obvious reasons.
