First I removed the hinge pin, then the flap and deburred the flap hinge. I then deburred the back side of the flap brace and clecoed the hinge back on . After a rivet or two my Brown Tool phneumatic squeezer wouldn't squeeze . Oiled it, fiddled here and there ????? So after hand squeezing the rest of them it was time for the fun part. First I put a point on the end of the pin and then oiled it. Next time I am going to only oil the section I'm working on and of course I realized I could bend the pin end 90 degrees and tap it after an hour of twisting. I drilled a hole in the inside aileron bracket and bent the pin so it sprang into position when placed in the hole.
