I spent the first hour or so cutting two thin pieces of wood and securing them to the tooling holes on the W-110 outboard wing rib. By using the two tooling holes you can draw a centerline up and allows you to put the aileron in the neutral position and align the flap to the aileron. I then cleco - clamped the flap by the hinge making sure you have a 1/4" space between them, both leading and trailing edge and the flap is level with the aileron. After measuring everything 20 times I drilled all the holes through the hinge using the 3/32 skin holes as a guide and clecoed as I went along
