Brief Description: Attempt. Attach left elevator to horiz. stabilizer
First off I had to fabricate a tool to insert the rod end barings. Once they start engaging the platenuts a few turns they get extremely tight. I took a 3/4 inch aluminum tube "tent pole" and squeezed the end in a vise till it slid over the bearing, drilled a hole through the pipe to fit a screwdriver and presto. I then realized that trimming of the HS 801 pp skin where the trailing edge of the tip will also need fitting will have to be cut in order for the counterbalance skin to clear and the hinge brackets to line up with the bearings. Can't anything just fit.
