Trimmed and debured replacement rudder stiffener. Assembled and final drilled #30 the rudder spar, control horn, doublers and deburred all parts. Radiused Sharp edges and fluted the flanges of top and counterbalance ribs. Trimmed and final drilled rudder skins as called out on 07-04. Countersunk lead counterbalance weight, dimpled counterbalance rib. Final and match drilled weight to rib and the rib to the rudder spar.
