I set out for the day with the goal to disassmeble, debur, and prep for priming while the temps were still above 50 degrees. I hit a lot of roadblocks in the deburing process as the speed-deburring tool that arrived with my toolkit calls for using a countersink bit versus the more widely seen economy deburring bit. This was frustrating as the bit i was using wasn't removing the burrs without removing too much material from the holes. While working this out, it took far more time than I thought and was only able to prep and prime the FWD VS spar and doubler and spray them with SEM self-etiching primer in grey. I realized after I had sprayed that I hadn't dimpled the flanges of the spar before priming so I'll wait a few extra days before dimpling to give the primer some time to cure more fully.
