I over-fluted the ribs of the VS earlier and took some time to un-flute them so that the'd be appropriately straight for later assembly. Radiused the nose and tip ribs to avoid damaging the skins during construction. Final drilled aft rib attach holes to the rear VS spar and doubler where called out in the plans. Test fit the VS skin on the assembly that still included the damaged front spar just to see what I'd be getting into later on, then disassmbled it all and practiced with and tested Dupli-Color primer on the damaged spar.
