Went to great lengths to find to right O rings for my KR-1 master cylinders... the correct O rings and lock O seals for these old master cylinders were not to be found. I ended up sending them eventually to Matco to be rebuilt with solid rubber lock-O-seals and new O rings from Matco!
rebuilt the wheel cylinders also...
finally got the brakes squared away after much frustration...
fast forward to Today Monday August 11, 2008
Today i did a little work cleaning up the KR-1..taxied it to seat the new brake linings, and did a little work on preparing to tear down my Corvair short-block which is going on my CH-701 project in the future...
A lot of little things have been done between all of these photos like the next log...
