Finished installing cowling seam tape on lower cowling. Installed grommets and fasteners on lower cowl. Manufactured L&R CB-1002K lower cowl clamping strips. Cut and fit baffle air seal fabric for both sides. Removed all parts, deburred and painted clamping strips. Back filled oil access door with 3M putty. Drilled, deburred, dimpled and intalled 8 nutplates for canopy breaker brackets. Connected Hobbs oil pressure sensor wires. Mounted GPS shelf and GPS external antenna. Tested GPS and got max bars on GPS lock!!
