Manufactured two F-873K latch pins. Enlarged tooling holes on both sides of baggage door to 7/16". Enlarged snap bushing holes to 5/16". Drilled all #40 and #30 door holes. Cut the F-873J hinge and pin. Match drilled door holes to hinge. Unclecoed baggage door assembly and deburred all holes. Dimpled F-873A-1 baggage door skin and F-873E-1 outboard rib. Machine countersunk F-873F-1 angle. Dimpled and countersunk F-873B-1 baggage door forward rib and F-873C-1 aft rib.
