Rivet L&R tie down ring stowage blocks to F-869 bulkhead gussets. Smoothed and deburred F-825-1 aft top skin edges. Clecoed F-825-1 aft top skin in place. Smoothed and deburred L&R F-858-1 shoulder harness anchors and modified aft ends to fit F-808 bulkhead. Drilled #30 holes for shoulder harness anchors. Drilled all #40 holes for bulkheads. Removed shoulder anchors and aft top skin. Drilled all #40 holes common to upper longerons. Drilled #30 holes of L&R F-869 gussets.
