Drilled hole in L elevator E-702 spar at elevator horn lightning hole for electric trim wiring.
Wired Molex connectors to elevator trim motor.
Inboard leading edge of R elevator was rubbing on the HS spar bars.
Drilled out 2 inboard pop rivets of R elevator leading edge and replaced with AN426 4-4 rivets.
Backed out middle rod end bearing of R elevator 1/2 turn to stop LE from rubbing.
Reinstalled both elevators.
Removed 10 rivets that should have been left open on the top of the horizontal stab.
Reinstalled vertical stab.
Installed jam nuts and rod end bearings into F-841 pushrod assembly and adjusted to proper length.
Installed jam nuts and rod end bearings into F-840 pushrod assembly and adjusted to proper length.
Drilled 1/4" holes at both ends of WD-807 control column.
Drilled to #12 rod end bearing holes for F-849 and F-837-1 control mounts.
Drilled to #12 holes in WD-407 control column used to attach W-816 aileron pushrod assemblies.
Ground front and rear stick bushings to proper size and drilled through for AN4 bolts.
Fit front and rear control stick bases to WD-807 control column.
Fit WD-812 stick to rear control base.
