Adjusted and aligned VS. Drilled all holes in VS-702 front spar, F-884 attach plate and F-885 spacer. Removed VS, deburred and primed attach plate and spacer. Rivet F-884 attach plate and F-885 spacer to VS-702 front spar. Bolted VS in place. Installed L & R elevators. Used 2 washers on each side and outboard of SS washers for VA-146 center hinge bearing.
