Separated all F-830 floor stiffeners, smoothed and deburred all edges. Clecoed all floor stiffeners onto F-830-1 and F-831-1 floors. Marked centerline of rear seatback hinge. Match driled rear seatback hinge to floor assembly. Manufactured seat floor hinge for offset. Match drilled. Match drilled all #40 holes for floor stiffeners. Disassembled all parts and deburred. Enlarged flap wiring hole in F-830-1 floor panel to 7/16". Dimpled and countersunk all parts. Prepped and primed all floor bottoms and supports.
