Drilled #19 holes common between F-829-1 front seat floor and structure. Removed F-829A-1 front seat floor. Deburred #19 holes. Drilled, deburred, countersunk and installed nutplates on F-805D brackets. Marked centerline of front seatback cottom half hinge. Match drilled hinge half to F-829A-1 front seat floor. Clecoed L & R F-829 footwell assemblies and bent tabs inward. Drilled all #40 holes in footwells. Clecoed L & R footwells to F-829A-1 front seat floor and final drilled all #40 holes. Disassembled and deburred all F-829A-1 front seat floor parts. Removed WD-806 flap actuator weldment. Removed entire floor assembly. Removed L & R F-857B seat belt brackets and trimmed for aft flap bearing block bolt access.
