Match drilled air hose flanges to base plate. Match drilled six locations for K1000-8 nutplates. Deburred, dimpled and countersunk all holes. Sealed air hose flanges with fuel tank sealant. Riveted flanges to base plate with AN470 4-6 rivets. Installed nutplates with AN426 3-3 rivets. Mounted air flange assembly to R wing. Installed and clamped SCEET ducting hose to back flange.
