Final drilled T-711A-D L tank stiffeners to skin T-701-L. Drilled all rib/baffl/attach brackets. Clecoed T-701-L to ribs and baffle. Match drilled T-701-L skin to W-423 joint plate. Edge finished L tank skin. Match drilled all ribs and baffle to skin. Drilled all spar and joint plate screw holes.
