Match drilled W-408-1R to W-423 joint plate and R outboard LE. Match drilled all R outboard LE skin holes to ribs and forward spar. Drilled R wing tie down LE hole to full size. Deburred, dimpled and primed R LE W-408-1R rib and W-423 joint plate.
