Back drilled W-408-1L LE rib to forward L wing spar. Removed rib, flutted and straightened. Re-clecoed to the spar. Manufactured L LE joint plate. Installed W-408-1L LE rib and joint plate. Match drilled in position. Match drilled all W-701L LE holes to ribs and spar. Enlarged L tie down hole.
