Brief Description: Wing wire routing holes drilled

Drilled wire routing holes in all L & R main wing ribs. Tooling holes enlarged to 5/8" (except for outboard ribs due to aileron alignment) and drilled an additional 3/4" hole in bottom third of rib for conduit installation per Vans memo.
