Dimpled E-701-R skin. Riveted E-713 counterbalance skin to E-701R with 2 rivets top and bottom. Clecoed elevator skeleton to E-701-R skin. Riveted R elevator skin to skeleton assembly. finished attaching E-714 counterweight. Torqued to 25 in-lbs.
