Countersank R809 rudder tip. Backing strips manufactured for HS left and right tips, VS tip and R809 top rudder tip. Cut R-411 rudder bottom tip. Rivet spacing 12/32" forward rivet. 8/32" from each end and from edges. 1 5/16" spacing from rear. Drill and deburred. Countersank R-411 fiberglass rudder bottom tip. Glued backing strips to left and right HS tips, VS tip and rudder top tip.
