Dimpled E-713 for E-714 counterweight screw heads. Machine countersank E-714 L & R counterweights. Machine countersank forward face of E-702R spar for E-709 root rib. Inboard and aft edges of E-713 beveled. Deburred and dimpled ribs E-703, 704 and 709. Deburred E-713 counterbalance skin. Primed ribs.
