Match drilled spar reinforcing plates E-611PP and E-610PP to elevator left and right spars E-702. Deburred and primed spar reinforcing plates E-611PP and E-610PP. Deburred L/R spar E-702 at reinforcing plates. Prepared L/R E-703 end ribs and E-704 counterbalance ribs. Clecoed and drilled E-703 to E-704 ribs to E-702 spar.
