R-716 rudder bottom attach strips. Enlarged R-704 bottom rib center hole to 3/8". Clecoed bottom rib assembly. Drilled all holes to final size. Disassembled, deburred, edge finished all parts except skin R-801PP edges. Primed rudder horn brace, tip rib, and all spar reinforcing plates.
