Layed out and drilled holes on C-804 canopy slide cap. Bent slide cap to match C-805 canopy slide spacer. Marked centerline of spacer, clamped to slide cap and drilled all holes to match. Countersunk top of C-804 slide cap and bottom of C-805 slide spacer. Disassembled and drilled 42 7/32" lightening holes in C-805 spacer. Deburred all holes on both parts. Prepped and primed slide spacer and bottom of slide cap.
