Shaped and trimmed #2 cylinder baffle. Prepped and painted all doubler plates for #3 baffle and stiffeners for #3 and #4 baffle. Dimpled all doublers for #3 cylinder and riveted to baffle. Installed cylinder #3 baffle. Trimmed and fit cylinder #2 baffle. Trimmed, match drilled, deburred and dimpled #2 baffle and doubler plates. Manufactured CB-1009C doubler. Fit and trimmed cylinder #1 baffle and doubler plates. Drilled, deburred, dimpled and primed doubler plates for cylinder #1. Rivet doublers to cylinder #1 and #2 baffles. Installed baffles on engine.
