Brief Description: Assembling the fuel tanks

Installed L T-708 cover plate and T-407 cork gasket to T1 inboard rib. Put sealant on all L tank baffle rivets. Roughened all mating surfaces of T-701-R tank skin and T-711 stiffeners. Cleaned all surfaces. Riveted all T-711 stiffenenrs of R tank.
