1) Here is a pix of how I strapped up and pulled the LE into positioin so as to allign reference marks with holes needing drilled. Kind of tough to do without bending the LE, so be gentle. There wasnt much tension on the three straps used, and that surprised me.
2) Frontal view showing the 2x4 setup to hold down the front curvature without pulling too hard. Others came up with this method, not I, and it worked like a champ! thanks to whomever!!
3) After the pilot holes are drilled, one has to disassemble things and dimple and deburr everything, everywhere, every hole. I was never so tired of the repitition with anything else! My hand is still sore from the dimpleing.
