Prepped the skin by deburring and smoothing all edges. Bent the tabs after making the Vans bending tool. Got the tabs as close as I could. Primed then clecoed on the skin. Riveted the skin on. Attached the rear piece to close out the tip. Used the prescribed method with a straight egde to ensure it was straight and match drilled the holes. I smoothed and deburred the holes and edges. Primed and riveted it on.
