Received my replacement spar today. No damage this time. Had to "clen" all the holes that had doublers due to a slight alignment issue, same as the left spar. Riveted the doublers up and the attached brackets that came installed from the factory. Also clecoed up all the rib brackets to rivet tomorrow.
