Brief Description: Finished riveting HS skins

Went out and finished riveting the bottom of the HS skins. Matched drilled the two tiny holes in the skin splice to the HS. Smoothed and primed it. Seperated the end HS skins and smoothed the edges. Clecoed on the skin splice and AST hinges.
