Started by fitting the elevator control arms to the HS spar box. Had to make two shims due to a gap beteween the arms and the spar. The holes in the arms were final drilled to #12. Then final drilled the #30 holes in the balance arm brackets. Mounted the balance arm and final drilled to #12.
