Finished making Aileron hinges; Also drilled the end hinge loops on the aileron and flap hinges with 3/64" drill using dremel tool to accept keeper cotter pins to prevent the hinge pin from coming out either end. Found the aileron hinge pin length specified in the drawing was incorrect (too long by about 1/4"), no biggy, just shortened them as needed to allow the cotter pins to go in without hitting the hinge pin. Could not figure out which ends of the evelator and rudder hinges needed to be drilled, will wait until I start assembling the HS and VS before drilling the hinge end holes for the cotter pin.
