Updrilled HS skin to frame: disassembled everything and deburred, now ready for riveting. I plan to leave out a few skin rivets near the tips and possibly the tip ribs so I can fit the fiberglass tips. Seems best way is to jam the tip on over the spar beyond where it will fit once trimmed, then you can manipulate the tip in and out to find the best fit and mark for trimming. I assume the tips will need to be trimmed similar to the VS tip.
